Our storefront is open but we are only able to have two customers in at a time. We are encouraging pre-ordering via the website or email us if you are unable to fine the product you need.

In person Shopping Hours
Tuesday to Saturday 10am-6pm. All people entering the store must wear a mask or face covering that covers their nose and mouth.

Picking up your order
When you receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick-up come to our storefront at 653 Dupont Street. If there is a line to enter the store please wait on the right side of the door, not the line for entry on the left side. A Stubbe team member will come to the door and ask for the name and order number of your purchase and bring those items to you.

Place orders for same day pick-up
Most of our items are available for same day pick-up however many of our items are hand crafted to order and require more then a couple of hours to prepare. We ask that you check the availability notes on the product page of the items you would like to order and place your order in advance to insure it is prepared when you need it. You will receive an email when your chocolate is ready for pick-up

We offer local hand delivery for all items within the GTA. Many of our items can be shipped nationally and internationally vai Canada Post but we can not be responsible for delays in delivery. Hand crafted chocolate items are only available for pick-up or local hand delivery. We do not ship nationally/internationally in the warmer months between May and September.

Return / refund policy
We do not offer return options or refunds on any of our items.
Custom and personalize chocolate
On our website you will see options for personal messages to be added to items like cakes, the champagne bottle or chocolate plaques. If you would like to create something special or to customize items further please email the shop, or call to talk to one of our chocolate consultants.

If you need any further information please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Thank you,
    Team Stubbe
