At this time our storefront is closed but we are open for online orders. We offer curb-side pick-up or delivery. Below you will find answers so some of the questions our clients have been asking us as we all get used to these unique times.
 
1. Do you offer curb-side pick-up and how does it work?
Yes, we offer only curb-side pick-up at this time.
When you have received a notice that your order is ready for pick-up you will come to our storefront at 653 Dupont Street. We will see you when you arrive at the door, or you can knock as the doors are locked, then you will step back to the sidewalk. We will come to the door and ask you for the name the order was place under and the order number. Once we retrieve your items we will place it on a stool outside the door, the window ledge or the top of the step (depending how large your item is) and close the door. Once the door is closed you can take your items and enjoy.
 
2. When can I pick-up my order?
We are available at the storefront from Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10am to 6pm for pick-ups. Once you receive the email notice that your order is awaiting pick-up you can come and collect your items.
 
3. If I order online how will I know when my items are ready for pick-up?
When you are completing your checkout process you will pick an order date for pick-up. We ask that you follow the availability guidelines associated with each product that you have ordered. We will work to have your order ready when you need it, within the availability listed online. Once the order is complete you will retrieve an email letting you know your order is ready for pick-up.
 
4. Can I place an order for same day pick-up?
Most of our items are available for same day pick-up however many of our items are hand crafted to order and require more then a couple of hours to prepare. We ask that you check the availability notes on the product page of the items you would like to order and place your order in advance to insure it is prepared when you need it.
 
5. I want curb-side pick-up but why do I need to fill in a shipping address when I am checking out?
WEBSITES!!! The backend of our site is set up to assume that all web orders in the world are going to be delivered... we don't live in that world anymore.
In order to complete your checkout you need to provide a shipping address. When doing curb-side pick up your own address is the shipping address. Once you have entered that information you will see the "delivery" options appear. If your address is a local / Ontario address, you will have an option for "pick-up in store". Next you will see an option that is auto clicked ON, that asked if your shipping address is the same as your billing address. For pick-up in store you will allow the site to auto fill your billing address if the address are the same.


6. Can I have an item delivered?
Yes, we offer local hand delivery and shipping via Canada Post nationally and internationally. Hand crafted chocolate items are only available for pick-up or local hand delivery.
 
7. I want to have some items delivered via the post but the checkout will not allow me that option?
If you have chosen sculptural chocolate item we will not be able to send them to you via the post. Our hand crafted sculptural items and hollow molds are fragile and would not arrive in once piece. For this reason many of our specialty gift items are only available for hand delivery through the GTA.
 
8. If I do not see an item on your site how do I order it?
We are doing our best to make all the products you loved shopping for in our store available online. Some products have not been added yet. In some cases you may not see a product on our site as it is out of stock. You can email us for the availability of a product you can not find or to place a special order.
 
9. What is your return / refund policy?
We do not offer return options or refunds on any of our items.
 
10. Can I have a custom chocolate item made, or do you personalize any items?
Yes, on our website you will see options for personal messages to be added to items like cakes, the champagne bottle or chocolate plaques. If you would like to create something special or to customize items further please email the shop, or call to talk to one of our chocolate consultants.
