Stubbe truffles should be kept in a cool place and are best enjoyed at room temperature. Alcoholic truffles should be consumed within 4 weeks of purchase, non-alcoholic truffles within 2 weeks of purchase. **our truffles do not contain nuts, with the exception of the Amaretto truffle, however they are produced in a kitchen that uses a variety of nuts.
